Due to dynamic development of the company, SUPERSNOW’s branch was opened in 2017 in Roppen, Austria. SUPERSNOW GmbH is a subsidiary of SUPERSNOW S.A. The decision to build a new branch was taken as part of a long-term development strategy.

SUPERSNOW in Roppen is a distribution and warehouse centre, a point in the logistics infrastructure network and most of all a service base. Comprehensive, 24-hour technical support guarantees customers quick response to the reported failure.
As part of the service, we guarantee the following:
- telephone contact with a technician – snowline 24;
- travel to the customer as well as identification and rectification of the failure;
- remote monitoring of equipment and systems;
- periodic service of equipment and systems.
