600M – SIMPLICITY & FUNCTIONALITY
Technological solutions implemented in the 600M snow gun allow to produce a large amount of snow at minimal cost. Another huge benefit of the 600M model is the extremely simple and intuitive operation of the device, which has an even more positive effect on satisfaction with its use.
Ceramic TwinC® SUPERSNOW nozzle
The abrasion-resistant, ceramic TwinC® SUPERSNOW nozzles significantly increase the snow gun’s performance. This is possible thanks to the innovative ceramic insert, which is characterized by high resistance to abrasion caused by the flow of water contaminated with sand particles and other precipitates that the filter will not collect. The ceramic insert allows the proper flow of water, which guarantees the maintenance of the correct angle of its atomization and ensures optimal droplet size for years. The incredible ease of nozzle installation and removal means that maintenance requires minimal work.
New dimension of work – slotted filter
600M is equipped with a slotted filter characterized by greater durability compared to conventional mesh filters. Cleaning the filter cartridge is very easy, just rinse under running water. In addition, the special design and easy access make it impossible to damage the filter during cleaning.
Ring
The robust design of the ring means that no one should worry about the quantity and quality of the snow produced. The 600M can produce 83 m3 of snow per hour.
Water section
The characteristic element of the 600M is primarily the water unit. Thanks to a very technologically advanced design we have significantly improved the ergonomics of accessibility and operation of the snow gun – all 600M operations can be performed in one place.
A new feature of the 600M is the use of a water rotary connector. It allows seamless automatic oscillation, which greatly eases the operation of the unit.
Quiet & Lightweight
The 600M is also characterized by very low noise levels during operation. This is particularly important in terms of environmental protection. The ultra-lightweight design – the snow gun itself weighs just 545 kg, with arm chassis 705 kg, and with wheeled chassis 815 kg – allows the snow gun to be moved quickly, so no one should worry about uneven snow on the slope.
The ultralight and robust design combined with the low operating cost make snow production incredibly easy and pleasant with the 600M.
