Our snow cannons come with a comprehensive warranty that ensures their reliability. We offer support in case of technical problems and quick repairs.
Diagnosis and prevention
- Vibration measurements of rotating equipment - early detection of damage.
- Laser alignment of pump sets - less wear on bearings, seals, lower energy consumption.
- Control of measuring apparatus and control systems - assurance of correct readings and system response.

Snow cannon warranty - what do you need to know?
SUPERSNOW snow guns are covered by a standard manufacturer’s warranty lasting 24 months from the date of delivery or commissioning (as specified in the contract / acceptance protocol). The warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship and installation errors revealed during the period of operation in accordance with the intended use of the device.
What does the warranty cover?
- Mechanical components (tube, water ring, water assembly, support structure).
- Nucleation system components and water jets (excluding natural wear from operation).
- Electrical and control systems, including operator panel.
- Drive components (fan motor, compressor - according to the conditions of component manufacturers).
- Driver software updates necessary to maintain functionality.
How does warranty service work?
- Report: by phone or email to the service department (see Service Contact section).
- Remote diagnostics: verification of operating parameters (logs, controller, SNOWMATIC - if connected).
- Service decision: field repair, workshop service or component replacement.
- Seasonal Replacement: if a quick repair during the peak season is not possible, SUPERSNOW can offer a replacement unit (availability according to the service contract).
Conditions for maintaining the warranty
- Equipment commissioned, serviced and maintained in accordance with SUPERSNOW guidelines.
- Regular pre-season/post-season maintenance (recommended by the manufacturer).
- Use of original or approved replacement parts.
- No tampering with control and security systems without service authorization.
- Correct operating conditions: proper parameters of water, electrical supply and compressed air.
